The whole process was as easy as it gets, Matt got me my estimate and scheduled me within an hour.
Richard was great! I only needed my rears done, and I was worried I was gonna get upsold of my fronts. Nope! My rear brake pads were replaced and the job was done quickly. He also did this while social distancing and wearing a mask, which was nice.
It would be super easy for any mechanic to sell you more than what you need, I really appreciate Richard's honesty. They will have my business again when my fronts need replacing.
