Preordered Cryptopsy’s new album. Coming up on two weeks later after official physical/Digital release and I haven’t 1) gotten a shipping confirmation, delay email, a “were sorry for the hold up”. Zero correspondence. 2) no reply’s to any customer service emails unless I bother the German customer support. 3) no ability to log into my account to view my order. At this point I’m assuming I’ve been scammed. I’ll give it another few days and dispute this transaction with my credit card. Will also be cancelling all future preorders I have with them and/or disputing the charges once they’re inevitably not shipped to me.
