“I ordered two albums, one was a limited release special... of course i only received the cheap album... Went back and fourth with customer service where they kept assuring me the album i really wanted was shipping, after two weeks i gota real upset and just canceled the order... They told me it would 3-5 days for a refund... ok fair, over two weeks later i never received a refund! NEVER do business with this company... abhorent customer service!”

The limited preorder was canceled without notice days after the release. I've tried contacting them multiple times (via email, social media) and I haven't gotten any response. I'm not the only one who has experienced this :) I'm so disappointed, I'd rather visit the Pirate Bay or buy a fake merch than buy anything from this "store".”
“The advertisement promised fast shipping, but four days after my order, nothing had happened, and since I was going on vacation shortly afterward, I canceled the order via the email provided on the website. However, there was no response. I then initiated buyer protection through PayPal, and immediately after the weekend, the package was shipped instead of the order being canceled.
The order arrived in a gray plastic bag, with the clothes unpackaged inside. One of the clothing items was dirty, and there were some small pieces of cardboard stuck to it.”

I pre-ordered three records, the delivery was over a week after the release date and all 3 records were damaged on the outside. I have been trying to settle this for over two months - customer service has ignored me, despite multiple emails and phone calls - I only received an email once asking me to send photos of the delivery, which I did immediately. After that I never heard anything again, despite numerous attempts to contact them.”

“Preordered Cryptopsy’s new album. Coming up on two weeks later after official physical/Digital release and I haven’t 1) gotten a shipping confirmation, delay email, a “were sorry for the hold up”. Zero correspondence. 2) no reply’s to any customer service emails unless I bother the German customer support. 3) no ability to log into my account to view my order. At this point I’m assuming I’ve been scammed. I’ll give it another few days and dispute this transaction with my credit card. Will also be cancelling all future preorders I have with them and/or disputing the charges once they’re inevitably not shipped to me.”
“After more than 1 monthv since the shipment of my order, has not yet arrived and when I asked them for a solution and after 2 weeks no news.
I used the paypal refund policy and NUCLEAR BLAST stole me 16Euro of the full price order.
EMP its Sub branch label was not trustworthy but Now NUCLEAR BLAST proved that they are even worse with a non existent Customer Service and a lack of good intentions towards the end customer.. No more orders throu NB will place”
“Do yourself a favor and do not order from this website.
Not only is their shipping expensive, their pre orders dont even ship until the week AFTER the album releases. Thats literally the opposite of preordering but they have no qualms about taking your money right away for delayed shipping on their own bands. Third party vendors deliver their products faster.
Nuclear Blast is uncommunicative and a joke. Such a shame so many good bands are under their poor service.
