The advertisement promised fast shipping, but four days after my order, nothing had happened, and since I was going on vacation shortly afterward, I canceled the order via the email provided on the website. However, there was no response. I then initiated buyer protection through PayPal, and immediately after the weekend, the package was shipped instead of the order being canceled.
The order arrived in a gray plastic bag, with the clothes unpackaged inside. One of the clothing items was dirty, and there were some small pieces of cardboard stuck to it.
