First year was perfect auto refills came on time 3 month supply at a time. Then the year make hits. I fill out their forms, message them 1 month prior to the year mark so I wouldn’t run out. Was told in a message “you will be contacted to get new year prescription”. Yeah did everything….. 3 months I have gotten 2 single months worth of birth control. Call the pharmacy they send it from across my state they have no record of why Nurx is only sending in single refills at a time. I ask nurx. They tell me it’s my insurance. My insurance has not changed. They even say no we allow 3 month prescriptions of BC that’s what you had been getting for the last year. So I’m still fighting trying to get my prescription sent to my local CVS. They have 1 more week. And if they send me one more message of “sorry for the delay we are busy blah blah” excuses of why they suck I plan to cancel the account and have my doctor send it in for me.
