Charged $40 for a consultation. Fine . It takes 1-2 business days to get a response through the chat on their app and don’t even bother calling you won’t get an answer . I tried to get an acne prescription through this company since I’ve seen it all over social media but so far this has been terrible . I got charged $40 for my consult , went back and forth with someone about extra info, provided everything needed and then over a week later my prescription that was finally being filled says canceled . It doesn’t say why. No one reached out to me. I have no emails or messages . It just says canceled . So I paid $40. Wasted a week . Got a prescription then had it canceled without any info or explanation. And then cannot get ahold of anyone to ask why .
