Pros: Easier than finding an in-person provider, potentially cheaper. Generally convienient.
Cons: On two occassions they haven't sent my meds and I've needed to reach out to ask why (they needed additional insurance info from me) instead of them reaching out to me to tell me what's going on/what they need. They take a long time to get back to messages, and sometimes I've had to message them twice to get a response. Their STI/STD screenings are more expensive than in person and take much longer to get results.
