Sent me wrong pair of jeans. Raised a return request on the app. Sent them photos of the said jeans and they sent me courier label to return the item. I printed it off and attached to package and dropped it off at the local post shop. Almost 3 weeks and no response from NZSALE. Long story short - the item is lost and they are refusing to refund it compensate me an item that didn’t match what I ordered anyway. They won’t get a supervisor to ring me and kept asking me to go to the post shop and raise a lost item enquiry! 4 weeks and counting. No refund! And zero accountability.
