Changed to payg after being a pay monthly customer for a year.
Switched my number to the new payg sim but then was denied access to either 'My o2 ' account to see the final bill on one and my current credit situ on the payg account? Phoned customer service twice, 1st representative seemed disinterested and passed the buck by saying someone would phone me in an hour (Which never happened) So I called again and this time he just didn't listen to a word I said about my problems but kept trying to sign me for another 12 month contract and kept referring to my switch to payg as 'downgrading'? He then tried to tell me the 'My o2' account app wasn't available for payg customers as that perk was only for pay monthly???!!!
Anyway needless to say this will be the shortest payg contract in history as I can't wait to drop the lying useless bunch!!!
