Recently I have had to face several issues with o2 due to miscommunication between the calls and chat agents who simply never looked at the notes properly whenever I called them regarding a refund and would constantly give me conflicting messages and make go through a lot of stress and cause health issues. The agents are very dishonest and make false promises. I had logged a complaint on 10/07/22 and had been told by a call agent my complaint had been logged only to find out after pushing an agent on the chat to check if a complaint on the date had been logged and as I had expected it had not been logged to a senior manager. Also I had to push the agents I had spoken to check the call and chat notes to see if I will get my refund due on the date I was promised and they only did that when I had told them I solid evidence of the chats with the agents and also several reference numbers. Every time I called o2 I would get different answers and lies. Sometimes the agents whom I would speak to would act ignorant and pretend not to know what I am talking about and not bother checking the notes. I have had to force them to check all the notes and give me the correct information. Because of o2 I have had to face poor health.
