Been with O2 for many years without issue but over the last 6-8 months, internet coverage has become dreadful and their customer service, to try and resolve my issues, is even worse.

- unanswered complaints
- promises of call backs never materialise.
- incorrect SIM cards dispatched
- long periods on hold when calling them.
- told toggling to and from airplane mode is the answer when my internet coverage drops.
- admit there is congestion in my area but have no current plans to rectify the problem.
