I have been a customer for many years now and have used the O2 insurance policy at a price point of £15pcm. I have submitted a claim for a simple damage replacement and have waited 9 weeks, having made a couple of calls each week and there is still no resolution. They have no visibility about how soon they will be able to supply a replacement iPhone and cannot offer me any options as a paying customer. I would avoid if possible. A premium price for a nonservice. I am proceeding with terminating my contract.
Having reads the policy T&C’s - I have written a letter to trading standards to let them know that I have entered into unfair contract. Hopefully this will help other consumers from engaging with this company.
