I had super trouble at work due to O2 negligence.
As per the volt plan, I was told that another 5GB would be added to my account as soon as the first 5 GB gets exhausted. (double plan -Volt)
Data got exhausted, nothing happened to data but I ended up having too much problem.
I had to beg for data with strangers.
I had enquired about this with customer care and they confirmed that, it will double when I finish the first 5GB. This is fraud or major negligence?
I called the customer care again and they said, it is now activated. but this week when I called the customer care, even this occasion, the advisor did not activated this plan
I did not expect this from a mobile giant.
Their mobile App is complicated. No straight forward way to complain either in App or Browser
