If I could give no stars I would. I am not even a customer but the 02 onanists keep sending me letters at my home address for a man who does not nor ever has lived at my address I have told 02 this a total of 28 times by returning letters, "not at this address return to sender", 2 phone calls, numerous e mails, 3 separate letters along with contacting the Ombudsman of which I have advised 02 in e mails all of these communication methods have been ignored and I am now getting debt collection letters. My dogs would have a better understanding of correcting and updating records than these mooncalves 02. I have even suggested they come and check as the obviously do not believe me. Avoid this company.
