Plz plz don’t buy anything from 02 it’s rubbish I have been asking for help last 12 months been ringing customer service and going to the branch but no help I have two little babies my phone isn’t working at all can’t ring anyone even can’t receive calls missed so many GP appointment do to have 02 I have been bagging to cancel my contract I’ll pay off everything but they said no you can’t till 2025 today nearly cried in the shop when he told me that I don’t know where to go plz plz trust me it’s vry bad service customer service don’t want to listen your problem at all 😢😢😢😢 Last from oct 2023
