Condensed version. Been with o2 22 years despite many mistakes over the years. Always remained loyal. Upgraded one weekendto a more expensive contract. Offered £40 for a nesr perfect phone with no scratches. In error they disabled my daughters sim on the current handset so we couldn't contact each other. Changed delivery date 3 times. Used the worst couriers in the UK - DPD. Ignored 8 complaints which incl screenshots screen recordings & proof. The moment I go to Ombudsman they magically respond with generic copy & paste responses from India. I WILL NEVER buy anything from.them again or upgrade. They don't care , Customer service are totally incompetent . Please avoid. They have 85% 1 star reviews online. You will only be disappointed if you buy a phone or contract with them. Caused so much stress which is still not fully resolved !!
