Sent my phone for a repair. O2 lost my phone for a month, didn’t tell me, I have chased upwards of 30 times on this. They refused to fairly compensate me and offered me £10 and then £30 (less than my contract). I have spend hours over 12 hours attempting to fix this over calls, web chats, emails. All they have ever done is replied to say “I know how you are feeling” and then ignore the complaint and refund. It’s a further two months down the line and there is still no resolution and my complaints and attempts to resolve continue to be ignored. Awful service, never had this with any other provider. Am seeking legal advice to break contract and claim further compensation.
