Worst mobile company around, I was loyal customer of 02 for ten years, after being ripped off with paying extortionate mobile charges and terrible customer services I left them. Gave 02 over three weeks notice I was cancelling 02 contract which was within my contract with the company. After leaving 02 I was bombarded with harassment phone calls from 02 asking if I would return to them, was asked for my bank details over the phone, and they had the cheek to contact me on my new mobile provider to cancel my mobile contract with them Six months later I receive a letter from debt agency requesting I owe 02 over £2.000 and if don't pay it I will be taken to court and pay extra fees on top of the debt Ten years of being loyal 02 customer and when you leave them because they are rubbish and rip you off they accuse you of a debt you don't owe the company. I now have bad credit rating for no reason 02 are vindictive vile company who break the law and rip of their loyal customers with extortionate charges, don't go near them otherwise you'll get treated the same way as me if not worse
