My o2 is in my partner’s name I’ve been on the account as a named person for 17 years , who can discuss the account because it’s my phone I pay it I even have password but today I’m trying upgrade and there telling me I’m not on the account got very aggravated because in the morning I spoke to a lovely woman about upgrades but they had system issues so now I’m leaving o2 not very good customer service or operators
