Terrible network coverage, appalling customer service! My phone signal keeps cutting off so cannot use at all. When I called them took 12minutes to answer the phone. After the first person, they transferred me to another colleague who told me that the masts were down in the area. I then call again and was told it wasn't the masts down that it was my sim card? Considering ive paid nearly £1200 over the two years they offered £5 off my next bill for compensation. I find that insulting! Apparently they do not have a complaints department you can call; I wonder why looking at the reviews of the company! Since i signed the contract my signal has been average 2-3bars which is not acceptable considering I pay £46 a month. Even when speaking to the o2 guru, I recorded my phone line which was crackling. He said that it's normal? This is one of the biggest network providers in the world telling me its normal for a phone line to crack! The company should be shut down because the profits are obviously not being invested in the maintenance. Please avoid this company as they will con you. Also make sure you read your T&C because they do not make you aware of problems.
