Octopus out of nowhere billed me over £1000 in electricity.
We've had emails back and forth trying to deal with this but it seems like the reply is some sort of AI.
Anyway, after many many emails, Octopus have edited our previous bills and split the £1000 over a few months to make it look as if we have been billed correctly.
I'm not entirely sure how legal this is and I feel as if I'm either being scammed or trapped into staying with them.
