They tell you that your balance is below zero. Any reasonable person would interpret that to mean that they don't owe any money right? wrong, completely misleading. what is should say is your balance is in debit. The same way Scottish Power etc do. Because it said my balance was below zero I took that to mean i was in credit, only to get a late payment marker on my credit file by Octopus Energy! raging!
