What has gone wrong with Octopus - I am a landlord and have been please with Octopus until now - moved supply of gas from British Gas and electricity from EDF on 3rd June for a vacant flat - since then I have spoken to 11 people and the problems get more and more complex - DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING TO OCTOPUS
