Absolute garbage company. The worst we have ever been with for customer service. Having been flooded out of our home it has been an ongoing nightmare to get correct billing. Sending bills for extortionate amounts even though we weren't in the property for 7 months. Don't attempt their customer service. They don't have one. Trained in 'love and power'. Muppets all of them. I work in solicitor and court law. I would not trust them to empty the garbage bins in the high court. Avoid at all costs.
