After speaking with Garima Kumar today I had my account sorted. I was utterly confused and bewildered by the change of my unit rate change. Gerima was patient with me as part of my disability affects my brain, memory loss, brain fog etc but Gerima talked me through everything bit by bit and did not rush me and if I needed something explaining a bit better, she was more than willing. I really cannot thank her enough; she is an absolute credit not just to the business but to disabled people across the UK. Have a great day Gerima and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
