22nd November 2024 I called Octopus Energy to register with them as my Electricity Provider. I was attended to by one of their advisors Ms Dominikam. The phone call was quite calm approach between Ms Dominika and myself. She was a good listener as she paused to allow me expressed my reasons why I was switching from my previous Energy Provider. We had a good rapport such that I was free to put in good sense humour in our conversation. Ms Dominika explained calmly knowledge-based informations about their current promotion of tariffs. Therefore I had sufficient informations to make my decision about my choice of fixed tariff. She allowed me to ask questions and gave answers to them accordingly. Advisory Dominika took me through the process to set me up as new customer step by step friendly&polite approach. I had read the meter reading that day before I called Octopus Energy . My readings was submitted to Ms Dominika and informed me Octopus will be contacting my previous Provider with those readings for my final bill. Overall it was happy switching experience without flaw to complain about.I hope my future phone calls to Octopus Energy will remain customer satisfaction experience. Thank you &well done to Ms Dominika for her warm & patient listening skill, not pressurising for me which made me feel relaxed & enhanced my Switching Decision positively
