As a new customer to Octopus and also a Senior Citizen, yesterday I needed help to set up my Octopus Home Mini for connection to my newly installed Smart Meter. (Couldn't get the QR code to scan) I spoke to Yvid who was extremely helpful and eventually the problem was solved. Thank you Yvid. Today l had several questions about my account as it was shown on the Octopus App. This time I spoke to Jacob who answered all my questions in a very clear and professional way. Again thank you Jacob. I am particularly impressed that if help is needed you can actually speak to someone on the phone. The phone number is easily found and is very quickly answered, unlike many businesses these days where you are kept waiting for ages or they will only respond to emails!!
