I called today as an existing customer to move my elderly mothers acvount to Octopus (she was present on the call). Our advisor, Thomas, was very well informed, polite and courteous throughout the call. He answered all my and my mum's questions fully and was happy to repeat himself on occasions to ensure we understood the information he was giving us. He was also very helpful in explaining where my mum could look for additional support with her energy payments. Octopus Energy are the best company I have been with in 40 years of having an account.
