I phoned Octopus this morning with a query about how to switch to them. I spoke with Zak P who took me through the process and set up the switch with no hassles at all. The conversation was relaxed, friendly, informative and professional and I have to say that I have never had customer service like it from any other energy company or customer advisor. Prior to this I was slightly dubious about the claims in the Octopus adverts about their customer service - I was wrong! Zak P was excellent in every respect, treated me as a human being, explained everything in full and was unrushed. I am very pleased that I made the call.
