I’m so happy with the great service I received today! I’m a first time Octopus customer, moving into a new house and I spoke with Caitlin about the gas and electric. She was great! Really friendly, funny and kind. All my questions were easily answered, we found a tariff for dual supply that worked for me and everything was set up swiftly by Caitlin. Brauva! This is first rate customer service… other companies take note!
