I had sent an email query couple asking a simple question about where to find a specific info. in my account. But Kay-Louise's response was unclear and unhelpful. I sent 2 follow-up emails; no reply. So, I called and spoke with Mark H today(10 Dec). He was very helpful and friendly. Mark gave very good customer service.
