Oh my Goodness,, what a lovely lady I spoke to today. She did not ‘hard sell’ me anything. She listened, advised and really helped me through a really terrible time I had with the past at British Gas,?plus my mum had passed away on Monday (hence I was quite emotional). You guys need to have more employees like Mila (I really hope I have her name right?) The call was at 4pm ish. Thank you Octopus.
