Paula was incredibly helpful, tolerated my annoyance at having a letter stating I hadn’t given a metre reading for EIGHT MONTHS - totally untrue - and was 99.9% better than the last person I spoke to, who made me go outside-twice-to take photos of my gas meter reading. We have arranged a metre installation for January 25th ( a.m.), and this, when I was on the verge of changing companies. She is an excellent asset to Octopus.
