It was an easy experience getting through to Octopus and the staff, Claire ,was wonderful and so patient explaining everything to me. I also spoke to another member of staff Dominic, in the residential section, Aerona Williams who was also wonderful and again very patient with me. Congratulations on choosing your staff.
