We have had our solar panels and battery fitted in October 24. Installation went well but since then the support has been terrible. Battery continuously showing faults but octopus never return calls or reply to emails with support. The solar team are obviously undermanned . When we finally get an answer the first question always asked is who fitted the system as they have no records. Which is bizarre as octopus fitted it. We are still waiting for our export tariff to be set up. Scaffolding hasn't been removed either.
