I had difficulties yesterday with the on-line application to switch from my previous energy (gas and electricity). It wasn't clear to me if my appication had been accepted and I got no confirmatory email. I had gone round the loop at least twice without success. I decided to contact Octopus by phone. Connor picked up my call and he walked me through the process in a few minutes. We then had a good follow up discussion on the possibilities to optimise our domestic energy costs by taking advantage of tarrifs offered by Octopus making best use of our existing air-to-air heaters and our planned installation of solar panels with battery storage. Connor was very helpful in these matters as part of your customer on-boarding.
