I called feeling worried and anxious about my RTS meter. I spoke to Samantha - she took the time to explain (in terms that an OAP like myself could understand) how Smart meters work; that I am not in debit and how to check that I am in credit. Samantha didn't rush me - she was extremely patient; I felt as if I was talking to a friend. Samantha is a fabulous ambassador for Octopus - gold standard customer service. I will continue to highly recommend Octopus as an energy provider.
