I can only comment on my switching experience from SO Energy to Octopus. Thomas was extremely helpful and took the time to answer my questions as best he could. He was very polite, friendly and patient as I was keen to know as much as possible about how Octopus operate. I have switched to them due to the Renewable energy ethos which is very important to me. The next few months will see how they are from a service point of view, but today Thomas was very efficient and helpful.
