When I called up to request refund and spoke with Dan to request refund he was more than happy to help me with a very viable solution and also recommended me to switch over to the fixed tariff to better suit my needs. All in all a 10/10 from this bloke. Company as a whole I’ve no complaints with and have been absolutely spot on with me since I joined in 2023 thanks again octopus
