Layla was absolutely fantastic today. I was worried about price increases and said I was interested in the 16 mth fixed loyalty. She efficiently sorted this for me and confirmed my dd amount could stay the same! It’s made my day! There was also only a minute hold time to get through which was very handy as I was due to start work. Thank you Octopus! 😀
