Your staff member Tom was very patient with me i haven’t changed energy provider for years and thought it would be much more difficult than it actually was, I have a number of health issues and one of them affects my memory, Tom spent a long time supporting me with making sure I was going on to the correct tariff and explained the process step by step, everything is now set up, thank you for your time and patience Tom I really do appreciate it
