Mylar was extremely helpful and very understanding. My sister is disabled and mentally impaired so I manage my sister's finances and household needs. OVO were charging my sister £200 per month. I spoke to Mylah and explained the situation and she was so helpful and really empathised my situation. She covered everything I needed to know and more. I would certainly recommend Octopus to my friends. It was my mum who recommended I move my sister to Octopus Energy.
