Switching to Octopus proved to be a bit difficult initially. I was on hold for a while on the phone so tried on email. That method was shocking. I should knock a star off for the email system. However, when I did get through to Octopus on the phone, Radhika was very helpful and knowledgable. She gets the 5th star!
