Just had call this morning with Owen at Octopus Energy as I’ve decided to move energy suppliers. I’m very pleased with Owen’s advice and support and our call only took 20 minutes with Owen answering all of my many questions. Also, not only will I get a new, free in-house monitor but I was also able to take advantage of the £50 referral for both myself and relative - result!
