This morning l changed my energy provider from British Gas to Octopus. Having said this, when l contacted Octopus, l spoke with a gentleman called Raiyan who guided me through the whole process from start to finish. I found Raiyan to be very professional, respectful with good listening skills, coupled with good customer service and interpersonal/communication skills. During my telephone conversation with Raiyan, l mentioned to him that l was planning to purchase an Electric Car, to which Raiyan then informed me that Octopus also has a special Intelligent Octopus Go tariff (which includes an economy night and a standard day time tariff). Raiyan also stated to me that the aforementioned special tariff would save me a great deal of money if l charged my Electric Car, did my washing and drying between 11:30pm to 5:30am.
