I frequent this cinema often. I find the staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable seats. Only thing I don't like is the fact it's always cold. Also it always shows that so many seats are already taken when they're not. Granted there are some who don't turn up but this is far from the only reason. Its difficult for myself being a disabled pensioner as I always need near to the front
