“I frequent this cinema often. I find the staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable seats. Only thing I don't like is the fact it's always cold. Also it always shows that so many seats are already taken when they're not. Granted there are some who don't turn up but this is far from the only reason. Its difficult for myself being a disabled pensioner as I always need near to the front”
“Enjoyed taking the family to the cinema (twice in one week) but the carpark is a joke. We received 2 parking tickets. There is NO CLEAR SIGNAGE to say its now changed to pay and display and the staff at reception did not mention that you needed to input your reg plate. The staff SHOULD tell customers this. The parking people are laughing at everyone.”
