I am a real person and run a home business. I ran a Google Shopping search for some labels I use for my product and found OfficeSupply had price that was significantly lower than what I usually buy my labels for. I read reviews here and thought I was taking a chance, but they wildly exceeded my expectations. I ordered 12 packages of labels and they arrived within 24 hours and all 12 packages were in the box! They were very good with communication sending emails with my order confirmation and when they shipped with my my tracking number. They gave an original estimate of 6 days to ship, but it arrived in 1 day as it appears they had a distribution site for my order less than 30 miles away. Since my order went off without a hitch, I did not have to deal with customer service where it appears most of their issues are in the other reviews. Great experience this time. I will order from here again.
