“The company I work for regularly orders supplies from OfficeSupply.com. Our most recent order included nine cases of specialty color paper. However, the initial shipment only included six of the nine cases we ordered and incorrectly included two cases of white paper that we did not purchase. Out of the cases we received, all but one was severely damaged and/or missing packs of paper. I contacted the returns department and provided photos of all the cases to initiate the process for replacements. I was informed that we would need to wait for the remainder of our order to arrive before we could begin the return and replacement process.
We need to consistently keep stock of this colored paper, so it's essential that we receive it in a timely manner. I explained to the returns team that waiting for the remaining cases to arrive was not a viable option for us. However, they insisted that I would have to wait. When the final box arrived, it turned out to be another box of white paper that we hadn’t ordered. Once again, I reached out via email, including a photo of the box we received and requested that the replacements be shipped on a pallet (as our bulk white paper is delivered) to prevent this issue in the future.
I was informed that each individual box we received needed to be repackaged and shipped back to them. Once the damaged boxes were received and accounted for, they would then send replacements. This was completely unacceptable. They had already received photographic evidence of the damage, which should have been enough to prove our honesty and justify sending us new boxes immediately.
At this point, I was frustrated with OfficeSupply.com and informed them that we now wanted a full refund and would be shipping all of the boxes back. However, they decided that the one box we received in good condition could not be returned, so they only provided us with eight shipping labels instead of nine and charged us for the one box.
When I reiterated our request for a complete and full refund, we were told that it would be our responsibility to pay for shipping the case back. This is absolutely insane. We will NEVER be using this company again. They clearly do not know how to treat their customers and need to rethink their return policies. This approach is a sure way to lose business.”

“I ordered a large amount of composition notebooks. I misread the description and ordered unruled/wide ruled instead of the unruled I thought I was ordering. I immediately realized my error and went back to try to cancel or change the order.
I sent an email explaining and asking to cancel the order before it shipped out, since it was a large heavy order. I got an email within ten minutes of my order saying they had received my email. I then didn't hear from them for two days, when I began a series of emails trying to get resolution for this issue. I was told they do not ever cancel orders, that I had to wait until I received the product to initiate a return, that the product was non returnable (though composition notebooks do not fit the description for their non returnable policy), and then, that they would take the product back this once, but I needed to pay for return shipping. This is three heavy boxes of composition notebooks, which would cost me as much as I paid for the order to return. I offered to drive the 45 minutes to return the product myself, but was told I could only return them by paying for shipping myself. So now I'm stuck with a product I can't use that isn't worth it to return.”
“If you're planning on purchasing from this company I suggest you look for a more reputable supplier first. I'm assuming a lot of the people who have left reviews here have had similar bad experiences to mine. I typically do not write reviews but thought I'd give anyone considering buying from these people a fair warning. Their site offers incentives such as discounts and free shipping but they will not honor it. I've dealt with their customer service both on the phone and via email. They are dishonest and borderline scammers. You can from them if you like but remember you've been warned.”

“Worst online supplier I have dealt with. They offered free shipping over $50 I checked out and was charged $8.99 anyway! I contacted their customer service and was greeted with rude no help response. Newsflash-10000s of online stores I could have gone with but tried something new to give it a chance and they completely dismissed my case and inquiry. Disgusted. “I wanted to order an office chair so I decided to check out the company. Glad I did!!! Just look at what customers are saying about your poor customer service, poor delivery of products, poor returns practice for wrong or damaged products, and the list goes on. For those reasons, I refuse to spend my money with such a company. They usually have to close shop sooner or later.”

“Had my order marked delayed for 2 weeks. Emailed the customer service and finally got my tracking number only for it to be marked delivered a week ago. They arranged a reshipment, still with no tracking number so I had to (again) email them for it. C’mon you would think there’s a more efficient way than having to reach out every time. “Who sells binder divider tabs with no available template? I have tried numerous Avery templates, but none line up. The instructions say to "type" onto the lined sheet and transfer. What?! Please tell me what that means? With a typewriter? Because I can't do it with the computer, without a TEMPLATE! Wish I would have known this before I ordered 12 sets, and ruined 1. Never again. I'll pay the extra for Avery products.”
“ordered APC UPS 3x and they keep cancelling order. I specifically chatted with them to make sure the order goes through and they still stop the order for verification. They dont want to sell anything apparently. No one has the time to monitor and order, they also wont honor price i purchase. i hope this company goes out of business.”
“They sent the wrong item and I contacted customer service. Their emails were all about questioning me about the return (proof of bar codes, upc codes and finally screenshots of the box and product. I will not purchase from a company who is poor in customer service. They made it out that I was wrong not them. No apologies whatsoever. It took several days for a response.”
