I ordered a large amount of composition notebooks. I misread the description and ordered unruled/wide ruled instead of the unruled I thought I was ordering. I immediately realized my error and went back to try to cancel or change the order.
I sent an email explaining and asking to cancel the order before it shipped out, since it was a large heavy order. I got an email within ten minutes of my order saying they had received my email. I then didn't hear from them for two days, when I began a series of emails trying to get resolution for this issue. I was told they do not ever cancel orders, that I had to wait until I received the product to initiate a return, that the product was non returnable (though composition notebooks do not fit the description for their non returnable policy), and then, that they would take the product back this once, but I needed to pay for return shipping. This is three heavy boxes of composition notebooks, which would cost me as much as I paid for the order to return. I offered to drive the 45 minutes to return the product myself, but was told I could only return them by paying for shipping myself. So now I'm stuck with a product I can't use that isn't worth it to return.
